 Large land area, sixth largest country in the world and has the lowest population density per square kilometer.  Safe learning environment.  Multicultural society.  Relatively warm climate.  Standard of living & cost is viable.  Part time job opportunities are available.  IELTS,TOEFL, PTE & CAE scores are acceptable.

 ELICOS (Pre-sessional English) programs are available.  World class qualification.  Students can work 40 hours per fortnight when the course is in session and 40 hrs/week during scheduled course breaks.  Chances of getting Permanent Residence by gathering 60 points.  Introduction of new Simplified Student Visa Framework (SSVF) has simplified the visa process.  Post Study Work Visa of 2 years for the students who complete at least 2 academic years of degree (Masters or Bachelors) in Australia.  If students study in Regional areas in Australia they get 5 extra points which support in achieving 60 points for PR.

 Academics Diploma: Minimum 60% in class 12th. Bachelors: Minimum academic percentage required is around 60% + in class 12th  for the students from CBSE board and 65% + for ICSE/State Board. Masters : Minimum academic percentage in a Bachelors degree should be second class if the University is falling under section 1 and 2 of the NOOSR guidelines or first class if the university is falling under the section 3 of the NOOSR guidelines. Foundation/Packaged program are available for the students who are not directly eligible for the Bachelors Program.

 English Language Requirement:  Diploma: Overall 6.0 with no band less than 5.5  Bachelors: Overall 6.0 with no band less than 5.5  Masters : Overall 6.5 with no band less than 6.0 Pre-sessional English Language Program (ELICOS/EAP) is available in Australian Universities for the students not meeting the IELTS requirements of the University. We can offer English Language program up to 10 weeks maximum at present. Minimum acceptable IELTS score is overall 6 with no bands less than 5 (for the offer to be packaged with ELICOS.

Requirements: To get a student visa, the student: Should have a valid passport. Shouldhaveanunconditionaloffer letter&ane-COEforthecourse.Ifthe student’s final year/semester result is pending and the intake is approaching, universities can issue a conditional COE on the basis of the students performance in the past years of the degree course. Visa can be filed on the basis of a conditional COE. However, the student needs to provide the final result before enrolment. Submit a student visa application Pay the application fees of A$550 using a credit card equivalent to Rs. 29,200. Should have the required amount of funds through education loan or funds in savings account/FDs, 3 months old (preferred, not mandatory). The current exchange rate considered for calculating the funds is: A$ 1 = Rs. 59

1. Are gaps in education acceptable? Ans: Gaps after/between education are acceptable, provided the student has some work experience and proper documents like salary account statements/Form 16 for the same duration to justify the experience or some justifiable explanation for the gap (like medical reason etc.) 2. Are Scholarships available in Australia for International students? Ans: Yes. But below points need to be considered:  Not all universities provide scholarships.  Scholarships are available for exceptional profiles (students scoring 65-80% throughout)  Approximately 10-25% scholarships are given to International students. 3. Are Australian Degrees recognized in India or worldwide? Ans: Yes. As Indian degrees are recognized in Australia, similarly Australian degrees are recognized in India. Australian universities are recognized worldwide with almost 21 universities among the top 400 universities in the world. 4. What are the work rights of students? Ans: Students can work for 40 hrs per fortnight during sessions and 40 hrs per week during vacations. In case students have not exhausted 20 hrs of part time work hours in a week, they can utilize that in next week, such that any two weeks clubbed should not exceed 40 hrs. FAQs

5. Can student start working as soon as they reach in Australia? Ans. No. Student cannot start working immediately. They can work only after course commencement. 6. Can Dependent(accompanying applicant) work in Australia? Ans: Yes. Dependents can work full time i.e., 40 hrs per week after the student’s course commencement. 7. Can a student change an education provider after reaching Australia? Ans. If the student has not completed 6 months of principal course, and wants to change his education provider, he requires to have permission of existing education provider in order to transfer to another education provider. Moreover, student’s must remain enrolled in courses of the same Australian Qualification Framework (AQF level) (or higher) i.e. no downgrading from Bachelor to Advanced Diploma will be permitted.
