ARH2000 SYLLABUS Art Appreciation is a course for non-art majors that introduces a chronological history of art including style, form, media, and meaning. This is a writing credit course with international/ intercultural content. Students must earn a minimum grade of C to meet the requirements of the Gordon Rule for writing.

Policies Grading 5 tests (5x5=25) 5 writing assignments (7x5= 35) 1 presentation- composition 1 final exam (10x1=10) Participation Extra credit 1 paper- art gallery (contemporary art) (writing credit) Total 100 points

Policies Tardy= absent Texting = absent Tests are on Scantron. Multiple choice Matching True/false Essay – writing class!
