The client can search for a particular employee details by clicking on to “search employee” from option available on left-hand of the screen.
The client can also print the appoint letter of employee by clicking onto “print appointment letter” option.
Import attendance: If the client wants to import the attendance of any employee, the client can click onto import attendance under transaction option.
The client can see the attendance details of employee by clicking onto “attendance master”.
The client can mark absent for a particular employee by themselves by clicking onto “absent for day option”.
The client can take out the print out of employees pay slip.
The client can see the salary distribution of employees as well as can export the salary sheet into excel by clicking onto “salary sheet in excel”.
The client can also see the pending report of TIC, Appoint letter, ESIC, Joining Confirmation and I-Card.
The client can also check the PF and ESI Details of the employee.
Job posting function is also available wherein the requirements can be directly posted as well the client can also search the jobs which has been posted by them earlier.
The client can see the updated report of candidate that whether the candidate has been selected or rejected by clicking onto interview report option.
If the employee wants to take a leave, he/she can directly apply for his/her leave by clicking on to “leave approval”
