Accessing Display There are two latches are located beneath the display (one on each side of each four foot section) which secure the component drawer. Slide the latch up and twist 90 degrees. Slide the latch down to disengage. Slowly slide the shelf out (be careful not to disconnect the headphone cables from the distribution module). Lift the shelf up and use the ‘kickstand’ to hold open the shelf.

Hard boot the display. Unplug power to the display. Wait 30 seconds and plug the power back in. Buttons do not work. Make sure the selector buttons cable or cables are firmly seated in the correct “Switch” port on the distribution module. Volume control button or buttons do not work. Make sure the volume control cable is firmly seated in the “Volume” port(s) on the distribution module. No power to the display. Make sure the display is plugged into a working outlet. No sound to one headphone display unit. Make sure the headphone cable is firmly seated in the “Headset” port of the distribution module. No sound to all headphone display units. Make sure the headphone cables are firmly seated in the “Headset” ports of the distribution module. No sound to the three headphones on the left side or the right side of the display. Make sure the Ethernet cable is firmly seated in the “Lynx” port on the distribution module. Escalate to Level 3 If these do not resolve your issues, escalate to L3 in IDIL.
