Renewable energy : advantages and drawbacks The current company is a large energy consumer. We distinguish three main needs: Electricity: Electricity is an energy source widely used in everyday life. However, to generate the electricity we need to turn to alternative energy sources. The main energy sources used to generate electricity are fossil fuels, nuclear power, hydropower, solar, wind, etc.. Mobility: In fact, our means of locomotion need a lot of energy. At present, the main source of energy used to move from fossil fuels and petroleum products. Heating: Heating is essential to ensure a minimum level of comfort. There are several types of heating: electric, gas, wood, oil, etc. The energy needs of humans are constantly increasing, or certain energy resources are limited and polluting at different scales. However, there are unlimited and non-polluting natural energies are renewable energy

Solar → The sun is an inexhaustible source of renewable energy. All renewable energy Solar → The sun is an inexhaustible source of renewable energy. Wind → The wind is a renewable energy. Biomass → Biomass is a renewable energy directly produced by the plant material. Geothermal → Geothermal energy is thermal energy generated by the earth's core. They participate in the fight against the greenhouse effect and CO2 emissions in the atmosphere, facilitate rational management of local resources, generate employment. Solar, hydro, wind, biomass, geothermal energy are inexhaustible flow versus "energy stock" from deposits of fossil fuels increasingly scarce oil, coal, lignite, natural gas. By cons, it has a significant environmental risk, because nuclear energy is also producing many radioactive wastes, extremely poisonous. - The oil is one of the non-renewable fossil fuels. Fossil fuels were formed from organic residues of prehistoric plants and animals. - Coal is one of the fossil fuels - Natural gas is one of the fossil fuels.

The wood is also used in other fields such as carpentry and forests are essential to the environmental balance of the planet, the wood is not considered a renewable energy. - Water is also in principle renewable energy. However, the current balance on the water is rather negative, because it is an essential element in the life of any organization. Today, we already have many treatment plants to ensure adequate supplies of drinking water.

The wind and the small wind turbine for gardens are gradually used, but rather slowly.Wind energy is the very definition of what can be called clean energy, without rejection and without waste. With a good coefficient of performance, it also provides a very good energy independence. -Tides: tidal forces create renewable energy. -Geothermal energy is thermal energy generated by the earth's core. Geysers are natural examples. -Biomass is a renewable energy directly produced by the plant material.The biomass energy has the advantage of emitting quantities of greenhouse gas emissions are relatively low and also lower in volume with carbon dioxide as wood caught in her lifetime. In addition it is relatively cheap and contributes to local development.
