Certification – as of 2017 update FOUNDATION – at a glance PRACTITIONER – at a glance PRINCE2 Foundation will confirm you have sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2 method to be able to work effectively with (or as a member of) a project management team working within an environment supporting PRINCE2. The purpose of the Practitioner qualification is to confirm whether the candidate has achieved sufficient understanding of how to apply and tailor PRINCE2 in a scenario situation. EXAMINATION – in more detail EXAMINATION – in more detail Multiple choice examination questions  60 questions per paper  Pass: 30 marks required (out of 60 available) – 50%  Closed book. Subscribe to AXELOS Membership within 3 months of passing their exam Claim their digital badge Renew their membership each year Maintain their digital badge by logging 20 CPD points each year. At the 3 year point if a candidate has a current membership and a digital badge of 3 years duration they will be issued with a new certificate that is valid for a further 3 years.
