www.premiergoldmines.com PG:TSX Project Overview

PG:TSX Project Overview Located approximately 275 kilometres northeast of Thunder Bay. Premier acquired Hardrock claims in December 2008 from Lac Properties. The Property is a Brownfield site, actively mined (underground) from the 1930’s – 1990’s. Premier proposes to construct, operate and ultimately close/rehabilitate a new open pit gold mine, collectively known as the Hardrock Project. www.premiergoldmines.com

Key Project Components www.premiergoldmines.com PG:TSX Key Project Components Realignment of Highway 11 Highway 11 and Michael Powers Boulevard (MPB) traverse a portion of the Hardrock gold deposit. Re-routing of approximately 5 to 7 km of Highway 11 is anticipated, bypassing the Project. Open Pit Mining Life of Mine will be 15 years North 815m 1365m 460m Hardrock Open Pit – Isometric view

Key Project Components (Cont.) PG:TSX Key Project Components (Cont.) Waste Rock Storage Areas (~390 M t) New Tailings Management Facility (TMF) Mine Water Treatment Facility Sewage Treatment Facility Power Distribution Solid Waste (Non-hazardous) Sewage Treatment Plant Schedule (site preparation, physical construction/equipment installation, commissioning) – approximately 2 years (starting 2016/2017) www.premiergoldmines.com

Transportation Design Considerations www.premiergoldmines.com PG:TSX Transportation Design Considerations Re-alignment alternatives developed to meet 110 km/h design speed. Horizontal curves designed to have a minimum radius of 525 m. Vertical curves - Minimum crest curve K > 90 Minimum sage curve K > 50 Corridor width = 60 m (min.) Minimum offset from open pit of 500 m. New at-grade intersection required at MPB. Construction over/across historical tailings

PG:TSX Existing Conditions The existing highway has a posted speed of 90 km/h, reduced to 70 km/h approaching the junction of Highway 11 and MPB. The existing highway and ROW constructed over historical mine tailings. Realignment options traverse low to moderate bedrock controlled terrain with approximately 20 – 30 % of length occupied by 1-2 m thick organic deposits. All options cross a portion of the McLeod High Tailings (MHT) for a length of approximately 1.2 km. All options cross MPB and hydroelectric power lines.   www.premiergoldmines.com
