Click Navigate to http://products.office.com/en-us/student/office-in-education. Click “Find out if you’re eligible.” 1
Click Enter your student (EagleMail) or faculty/staff (@ctcd.edu) email address and click “Sign Up.” 2
Click Open the email sent from Microsoft and click “Complete Office 365 Education signup.” 3
Click Enter your information and click “Start” to create your Office 365 account. (It may take a few minutes to create your account. Please be patient.) 4
Click Click “Install Now” and follow the installation prompts. 5
All current CTC students, faculty, and staff are eligible to install Office 365 on their personal computers. Do NOT install Office 365 on any CTC owned computer. Each user can install Office 365 on up to five personal devices. (This includes PC, Mac, tablet, or mobile devices.) Each user is granted access to OneDrive, a service that provides 1TeraByte of data storage space for storing data and collaborating with other Office 365 users. Suites available for download through this offer include the following: Office Professional Plus 2013 for Windows Office Standard 2011 for MacOS Office Mobile for IPhone and Android devices Office for Ipad (it unlocks the editing capabilities)
