Placement of applicator Before Treatment Patient Preparation Patients should be recommended to start drinking at least 2 L of water a day regularly for hydration. Before treatment, ask the patient to undress completely and remove all of their belongings with metal, e.g., any accessories, watch, belt, mobile phone and so on. Exposure the treatment area. [Note] There could be a possibility of having a panniculitis for certain patient whose nature of fat cell is more easily and quickly to be dissolved in process of apoptosis, so this patient will be treated with lower energy setting than normal parameter for the following remaining treatments. How to adjust the distance of the side cables Arrange the two fixing guides to maintain the proper distance between the two side cables. Avoid to contact the air hose to both side cables. Contraindications: Implanted electronic devices such as cardiac pacemaker, bladder stimulator, spinal cord stimulator. Implants, areas where implants have been removed, damaged implants, and metal inclusions near the treatment area. Thermohyperesthesia, thermohypoesthesia. Pregnant women or possibilities to be pregnant. ※ Please see Operator’s manual for a patient who needs a consultation. enCurve Parameters- AB Applicator Indication Power (W) Time (min.) Reflective power (W) Placement of applicator Treatment interval No. of sessions Downsize Abdominal Circumference 300 20~40 Less than 5 As close as possible without touching. Less than 5 cm 1 week 4~6 Endpoint : Heat sensation over the entire body during or immediately after the treatment indicates its temperature of deep heat has been increased . Mild erythema can be seen over the treatment area (especially on the flanks) How to adjust the AB applicator The applicator should be located directly over the treatment area and placement is recommended to be as close as possible to the target tissue, and at a uniform distance from it. [Tip] Roll up a towel and put it under the patient’s lower spine so that the upper and lower part of the abdomen are as even as possible. Ask the patient to breath naturally to make sure that the applicator does not come in contact with the abdominal skin due to respiration-related abdominal movement. It is important to avoid contact between the applicator and the abdomen to avoid any possibility of burn formation.

Abdominal Circumference enCurve Parameters- MULTI Applicator Indication Power (W) Time (min.) Reflective power (W) Treatment interval No. of sessions Downsize Abdominal Circumference 250~300 20 Less than 5 1 week 4~6 Legs Circumference 200~ Arms 250~ Endpoint : Heat sensation and mild erythema over the entire treatment area (especially on the flanks). Before Treatment Endpoint : Heat sensation and mild erythema over the entire treatment area (especially on the lateral area). How to adjust MULTI applicator on the abdomen The adjustment of Multi applicator on the abdomen is same as what you do with AB applicator. [Note] MULTI applicator can be used to fully cover smaller abdominal area, but the heat sensation might be stronger than AB applicator. How to adjust MULTI applicator on the legs Place any supportable objects(e.g., roll up towel) under the treatment area, then adjust and wrap the applicator over the treatment area. Make sure the applicator does not come in contact with the surface of the skin. How to adjust MULTI applicator on the arms Let the patient to be sit during the treatment and place supportable objects to put patient’s lower arm on such as a table or a bed. [Caution] Do not directly look at the applicator during the treatment, especially on arms. Treatment position examples with MULTI Applicator

How to use the patient stop switch During Treatment GUI Monitoring Impedance synchronization is started by pressing the start button. The energy will be emitted after the sound of a beep for 10 seconds. Check the Current Power and the Reflective Power for 5 minutes at the beginning of the treatment to see if the energy is emitted stably. If frequent variation in reflective power is seen, relocate the applicator or ask the patient to be relaxed. It is important to maintain a reflective power to less than 5 W to maximize delivering deep heat to the fat layer. If the reflective power exceeds over 30 W for more than 4 seconds, the system will be automatically paused to allow impedance matching. Patient Monitoring Once the device is in operation, the patient will feel a warm sensation on the treatment area which will spread out over the entire body. Some patients may feel discomfort with more heat sensation on a particular area, especially on the lateral area. If the patient can not endure the heat, adjust the distance between the applicator and the skin. It is recommended to check the reflective power and the heat sensation of the patient every 5 to 10 minutes to maintain a stable and effective treatment procedure. How to use the patient stop switch It can be used by the patients whenever they want to stop the operation by themselves. Pull the patient stop switch for 3 seconds. Treatment will automatically be stopped. Priority of 2 steps to make Reflective Power less than 5W. 1st step: Relocate the applicator to achieve an appropriate distance. 2nd step: Gradually decrease the power level by 10 W. [Patient stop switch]

GUI (Graphic User Interface) Post Treatment Treatment in Combination Applying either HEALITE 633 nm or 830 nm LED-LLLT, or both of them, is recommended to enhance body circulation, and for the activation and production of phagocytic cells. (e.g., macrophages) Instructions for the Patient Drink at least 2 L of water daily after the operation including the following day to activate lymphatic drainage of dead fat cells. Mild aerobic exercise will be helpful to improve the clinical outcome. Mild erythema can be seen for 24 hours. The clinical effect could be seen 2 weeks after the first treatment. GUI (Graphic User Interface) Power (W) Energy intensity 10 to 300 is available Time (Min) Treatment time 1 to 20 minutes setting is available Current Power (W) The amount of power on the treatment area in real-time Remaining Time (Min) The remaining time for treatment based on the time set in real-time Reflective power (W) The amount of reflected energy from treatment area Forte mode (Optional) Delivering the optimized preset parameter Air Mode (Optional) Air will be blown onto the treatment area when Air mode is activated. Mode 1/2/3 can be selected Pause Operating Power button Device On/Off Emergency Stop button Start/Pause/Stop Button Pause by pressing shortly Stop by pressing for more than 3 sec. 532 nm heating Applicator Selection Manually select the applicator alternatively

How to replace the applicator How to remove the applicator Turn off the device. Bend the arm of the device in 90 degree. Disconnect the cable from the applicator(Disconnect Air hose for AB Applicator). Turn screws in counter-clockwise. [Caution] Do not pull out screws from the head. Turn the applicator in clockwise to unplug the applicator. How to connect the applicator Make its direction of both head of the arms and screws horizontally. Place the applicator in direction of 8 o’clock, and insert the applicator and turn in counter-clockwise until it cannot be turned any more to match the screws with the applicator. Press and turn screws in clockwise. Connect the cables to the applicator(Needed to connect Air hose with AB Applicator)
