UNISON Welfare Financial assistance To help in cases of unforeseen financial hardship e.g. A sudden loss of income An increase in expenditure due to illness Relationship breakdown The death of a relative or partner Or circumstances that have placed an unreasonable strain on the household budget

UNISON Welfare Financial assistance A short-term safety net to help you adjust to your circumstances e.g. Household bills Items of furniture or equipment Disability aids and adaptations Many other needs Confidential advice is an important part of the service
