About our city Our city is called “Tavernes Blanques” and is located in Valencian Community on the eastern coast of Spain:

Data about our city Our city has a population of 9,000 habitants. In here and in all Valencian community we speak two languages: Spanish and Valencian. The city is located just 3 kilometers away from the Mediterranean Sea

Our School The name of our School is “9 d'Octubre” (9th of October in Valencian) that's the day of Valencian Community.

Characteristics of our School We are about 500 students. The ages of the children are from 6-12 years. old. At school we study: Spanish, Valencian, English, Science and Social Studies, Art, Music, Physical Education, computers and Mathematics.
