Anytime Protection Plan Included in your trip Cancel at any time, for any reason Receive a full refund (minus any Non-Refundable Fees) See booking conditions for complete details on this highly recommended protection plan EF Explore America includes Illness and Accident Coverage, as well as our 24 hour Emergency Assistance in the Program Fee. So if there are any medical emergencies on tour, your participants are covered and we are prepared to help! EF Explore America also offers our Anytime Protection Plan. This option is a great way to protect your investment and know you’re covered should anything happen before you leave for tour. The three aspects of this plan: 1. Cancel at any time: Life is full of surprises. From spraining your ankle a day before the trip to a cousins wedding that you have to go to, the Anytime Protection Plan lets you cancel at any time with no penalties or restrictions. 2. Cancel for any reason: Whether it’s something serious (family emergency, broken bone, school obligations) or something out of the ordinary (bad hair day, allergies, unexpected pimple), you are able to cancel for any reason—no questions asked. 3. Full refund: If you’re unable to go on tour you get your money back—it’s that simple. For more details on what this plan covers, please direct parents to read over the policy detailed in our Enrollment Guide or call our Traveler Support Team at 1.888.333.9756.

Our tour TOUR DETAILS HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? Departure date: Saturday, April 29 Return date: Tuesday, May 2nd Bus will depart from and return to the school. Student Program Fee: $884 Copy and paste your price quote from your Group Leader website into the space on this slide. If you did not include lunch and optional excursions on your tour, please remove these items from the slide. You may have to decrease the font size and re-format that text slightly. Make sure to talk to your students and parents about your requested departure date as well as the date range you gave your Territory Manager. Remember, you could depart two days on either side of your requested departure date. This is also the time to talk about any optional excursions you are looking to add on. You will need at least 20 paying participants to run any optional excursion. Also, please note the difference in price for adults (any traveler who is 20 or older) and students. The reason for the additional charge is two-fold: adults are automatically roomed two to a room (students are automatically roomed four to a room), and there is an additional cost for adult entrance fees and meals. If an adult would like to room in a family room (combinations include one adult and two students, two adults and one student, two adults and two students, one adult and three students or three students and one adult), then the adult supplement decreases to just $100.
