Providing Innovative Textile Solutions since 1946 Updated: August 2016 Gehring-tricot corp. Providing Innovative Textile Solutions since 1946 Updated: August 2016

Founded as a family business in 1946 Gehring-Tricot Corporation, a Veteran owned and Managed business, as several of the Officers and Directors are Veterans. Gehring-Tricot Corp. is a major innovator and manufacturer of warp knits, circular knits, stretch and rigid woven fabrics used in apparel, engineered sports performance apparel, home goods, sporting goods such as impact resistance, medical, orthopedic, military, composites, industrial and other highly engineered applications. Due to the In-House manufacturing diversity – the best fabric can be developed to best serve customers’ requirements. Further, if multiple types of fabrics are supplied – consistency in quality standards and color can be achieved. Vertically integrated and technically advanced, Gehring operates knitting, weaving, dyeing and finishing factories where quality control, innovation and technical expertise have been critical drivers of the company’s long term success. Corporate philosophy is EVOLVE OR PERISH

Forward Thinking Market Leadership Research and development is THE FOUNDATION of Gehring-Tricot Corp., enabling a diverse range technology driven capabilities and market leading products. We are distinguished from others because: We foster a “Think-tank” team approach to product development. Meetings with the customers start the process that will include manufacturing leadership, our extensive R&D Department to the factory employees. Over 200 Developments made on an Annual Basis Over 162 different yarns are processed through our factories – filament and spun yarns are used in ALL of the fabric forming capabilities, which really separates us from the competition. Our development arm is extended by our partnerships with the industry supply chain, from fiber suppliers to machine manufacturers, and through Government funded R&D programs. We offer knitting and weaving under one umbrella, so we benefit from industry crossover while ensuring there is not bias as to what type of textile will work best – all options are available. FURTHER EXPANSION AND IMPROVEMENTS OF CAPABILTITES ARE PRESENTLY AND CONSTANTLY IN WORK

Forward Thinking Market Leadership As an example of our forward thinking, Gehring has the unique capability to produce SPACER FABRICS on warp knitted, circular knitted and weaving machines. These fabrics are used in: Apparel Aerospace Composites Industrial Orthopedics Sports Equipment Military Impact Resistance Neoprene Replacement – breathable - See separate Literature

Forward Thinking Market Leadership Our vision and COMMITMENT to market leadership, and diversity is bolstered through strategic acquisitions: Gehring’s acquisition of Hyde Park in 2005 allowed the company to expand it’s offerings to include technical circular knitted fabrics. Gehring’s acquisition of Tweave, Inc. in 2008 allowed the company to expand it’s offerings to included an extremely unique stretch woven products. These fabrics are different in that they have elasticity in both the warp and fill directions yielding very unique stretch and modulus characteristics. Gehring purchased in 2010 library/samples/ Intellectual Property/Processing Information of the complete warp and circular knit stretch line of Charbert Fabrics Future acquisitions’ already in work, which will further EXPAND the CAPABILITIES

Forward Thinking Market Leadership Why Choose Stretch Wovens? Durability Memory Lower Bulk Superior Control Shapewear and foundation garments are two types of intimate apparel which benefit from the properties of stretch woven fabrics. The power and control that can be obtained at relatively low bulk meet the stringent requirements of these products. Outerwear is one of the fastest growing end uses for stretch woven fabrics. The softshell garment category utilizes the characteristics of stretch wovens to the fullest extent. Extreme durability and abrasion resistance are the most desired qualities, as well as stretch and a contoured fit. Lower Bulk & Superior Control Translate To: Equivalent stretch and power at considerably lower weight and bulk; Lower weight yields better fit and improved contouring qualities.

Forward Thinking Market Leadership Core Stretch Woven Markets Served: Military and Protection Intimate Apparel Outerwear Softshell jackets Pants Gloves Gaiters Chainsaw Chaps Sportswear Sports bras Bike shorts Compression garments Swimwear Sports Uniforms Broad Fiber Blend Options Possible Spandex range <10-50% blended with: Nylon – various types including: Tactel® Cordura® Supplex ® Antron ® Cotton/nylon Polyester /nylon Meta-Aramid/Para-Aramid Yarns Spun Yarns and Filament
