Relaxation Listening to music can have a massive effect on our minds and bodies. The soothing sounds can calm you down, slow your pulse rate and hear, and lower your blood pressure You can reduce your stress by choosing the music genre of your choice. Meaning one can choose the suitable selection according to their mood. Singing and shouting can be a great release of stress, for some people it can be calm and peaceful. But for some people it can help them release all of the negativity inside them.

Genres Different bands and artists have a unique way of connecting with you by the sound of their music. For instance if someone were to listen to jazz music or the blues, they would be feeling depressed and gloomy. If you like rock it could mean that it is a satisfying way for you to release your anger. Pharrell can be listened to when you feel down because it is a great way to boost your energy.

Sounds and Motions Some soothing sounds such as are able to help us fall asleep and can help people relax Sounds such as waves are able to calm people down, but others may prefer firetrucks or any other loud noises which can express what they may be feeling. Watching motions/videos can help people relax and maybe help them feel happier because the motions move in a groovy way.

Lyrics Lyrics have a way of expressing one’s feelings. They have a deeper meaning than what many might think is not. Listening to the lyrics is a great way to listen to what the artist has to say, because it might relate to what you are going through in life. It is a great way to release what you have to say ,whether it is speaking the truth or lies or aggression etc.
