Matching Pay Bonuses Once you reach the 25K level, you will have demonstrated an ability to build a substantial business, so, the Cerule Pay plan keeps on giving, with a matching pay bonus of between 1% to 3% of the payment made to those on your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd levels. As your business continues to grow, so do these percentages, up to 3% - 5% at President level.
Global Bonus Pool This is arguably the most exciting area of the Cerule pay plan. There are two (2) pools, the 100K Pool and Presidential Pool. Cerule accumulates 1% of its global sales into these pools, (for a total of 2%) on a monthly basis and you can earn 1 share of the pool when you reach the 100K rank. These payments are made monthly, provided you continue to maintain that 100K level. Once you reach the Presidential level you will also earn a share in that pool too. It will continue to pay as long as you remain qualified at Presidential level. You will earn from both pools at the same time. As our business grows, so does the size of the pool. Presidential Pool payments are announced and paid annually at our Cerule Celebration event!
