About Me Kiné Corder – Best Selling Author, Financial Therapist and the CEO of PRESIDENTIAL LIFESTYLE, a financial wellness company focused on wealth in all of it’s forms.  Before entering the financial services industry, I gained international popularity when I became the spokesperson for ABC’s Extreme Makeover.  I was featured on Oprah, Good Morning America, E! Channel, Entertainment Tonight and worked with various media entities including Elle, Marie Claire Paris, TV Guide, and People Magazine. Be Memorable! Asking a strange question Giving your elevator pitch what super power is needed to do what you do? what’s your idea of prosperity? Giving your elevator pitch Who you are. What you do. Who you do it for. How you do it. Example:

Don’t be afraid! Set a clear target market (who do you hang out with) Gender Interest Income Married/single/children Mindset

Be Thoughtful! Special gift (with allowance to add them to mailing list) Write a blog for them Ask them to write a blog for you Offer to promote them by quoting them Add them to your business card & website (long-term) Spend a few dollars if they are a big fish (Outlaw & eye exam)

Keep the Party Going! Continue the relationship with interaction Coffee/tea meeting Phone call Invite them to an event

BE RE-MEMORABLE! Be memorable again, remind them why they should continue to connect. Set another call or meeting Ask more memorable questions take note How did you start your business? What are you doing to grow? What’s missing? These questions work because it sounds like you care.

Be Magical! Show interest in what they are doing. Attend one of their events Show up early and help Bring something that will add value (preferably that doesn’t get thrown away.) Bring a referral if you can Attend something they are attending Invite them to an intimate event Tell them to bring a client Introduce them to someone important

Be Giving! Volunteer Charity events Day conferences (in your area) Church events Private school or college events

Be the Expert! Offer to speak Networking events Charity events Conferences Employee assistance programs Create a continuing education

Be a Collaborator Collaborator on events with venues, vendors, & COI. Networking groups or chambers-of-commerce. Other social media influencers in a difference city. Barbershops and hair salons. Tie two things together like (Makeup and Money, Cocktails and Money, Love & Money, Cleanliness & Money, Fashion & Finance, Fitness & Finance.)
