FFA Real Estate’s Background: - FFA Real Estate is a member of FFA Private Bank Group. - A Lebanese leader in private banking, Wealth Management and investment banking services. - FFA Real Estate stimulates creativity while considering any potential project. - They work both as brokers and project developers. - FFA Real Estate is known for “recognizing opportunities and turning them into successful prosperous projects. Leveraging from FFA Private Bank’s widespread network of connections and known name (Why choose us, 2009)”. - The Real Estate Company is not big, but they tend to work on big projects and are efficient with their time.

Products and Services: FFA Real Estate is a company that provides its customers with real estate investments opportunities and advisory. They serve as brokers, projects developers, investments management and advisory. FFA Real Estate focuses on their name and their customer satisfaction by promising to provide them with efficient quality services outcome.

Mission Statement: Vision Statement: To engage in the Real Estate business by being the leader in development in terms of quality and excellence. Moreover, getting more connections to provide our customers with best available prices. Vision Statement: To be the preferred provider real estate investment opportunities in Lebanon and the Leurant.

Objectives: FFA Real Estate focuses on two main objectives: To be the leading company in the real estate investments in the Middle East and Lebanon. by providing efficient services on brokering, development management, finance, investment management and advisory, FFA Real Estate can lead the world of the real estate investments. To increase the profit of the company. by working on their services and projects efficiently.

SWOT Analysis: SWOT Analysis is tactic for a firm to identify its strength, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. SWOT Analysis is usually included in annual marketing plan, used to improve the business. Internal Analysis strength and weaknesses however, External Analysis is opportunities and threats. Strength can provide the base for structuring a competitive advantage, and weakness may hinder it. By grasping the aspects of the situation a firm can leverage its strength, correct its weakness and take advantage of special opportunities (SWOT Analysis, 2010).

FFA’s Internal Analysis: Strengths: Being a part of FFA Private Bank allows the firm connections to many investors and potential buyers. That gives FFA strength amongst other competitors. FFA works both as a brokerage agent and a project developer. Project developers give FFA Real Estate best prices in return to FFA giving them exclusive prices on their owned projects. Weaknesses: The limited number of employees is the main weakness of FFA: It limits the general outcome of the company The need of outsourcing adds up to the company’s expenses. For example: Contractors, Consultants, etc.

FFA’s External Analysis: Opportunities: FFA seizes all good opportunities in Lebanon by having a great R&D department that researches for investment opportunities inside Lebanon and abroad. Studies competitors’ investments to know more about the market movements. Threats: As previously stated FFA Real Estate has a good R&D department that researches into other competitors out in the market and studies their moves. The R&D department helps the company discover attractive opportunities and avoid dangerous threats.

Target Market: As a real estate services company, FFA Real Estate targets 3 market segments. They target investors and business people who are willing to buy and invest in their projects in the real estate market. They also target people who look for advisory and projects developments in the real estate investments market. In addition, as brokerages, they target customers who are looking for the quality and opportunity in selling and buying residences.

Our Assessment FFA Real Estate has been in the market for 5 years now. They started with only four employees and grew to eighteen now. FFA Real Estate managed to make their name known around Lebanon for quality development projects. They started from office buildings to residential housing and are now working on country clubs. FFA never sacrifices quality and that is the secret to their success.
