Projects IN Progress: Sewerage and Septage Management- RUIDP Provision of sewage collection network with 2 Nos. of Sewage Pumping station, Sewage Treatment plants of 15 MLD and 40 MLD Capacity at Kala Talab and DhakerKheri respectively and sewer with diameter ranging from 200 mm to 1800 mm. Providing House Sewer Connections up to property boundary on either side of the road to facilitate connection to the system by prospective consumers. Provision of inside house sewer connections are also included. The area covered under present proposal are Mahaveer Nagar-3, Mahaveer Nagar-3 Extension, Bapu Nagar-Kunhari, Rajiv Gandhi Nagar, Dakhania Road,Vigyan Nagar, Talwandi, Ganesh Talab, Basant Vihar and Dadabadi extension, Indira colony, Govindnagar, Borkhera, Pratapnagar, Saraswati colony, Bajarang Nagar and its nearby colony upto railway track, Area surrounding Kala Talab and adjoining area. The total length of sewer is 340 km and sewer dia is ranging from 200mm to 1800mm. 2 Intermediate Pumping Stations and 2 Terminal Pumping Stations. 40 MLD and 15 MLD STP at Dhakerkheri and Kala Talab. Miscellaneous (SIP, office, Sewer Jetting Machine, CRM centre). Trenchless Sewer laying work-21 km. Operation and Maintenance services for 10 years. RUIDP has invited tenders on 27.03.2017. Status: Tenders have been published and the bidding process is in progress.

Projects IN Progress: Sewerage and Septage Management- URBAN IMPROVEMENT TRUST(UIT), KOTA UIT will execute sewerage work in ABD area amounting a total of Rs.181.0Cr. 70% fund will be made available from Notational Mission Clean Ganga (NMCG), New Delhi. Meetings with Executive Director, NMCG were held on 31.01.2017, 13.02.2017 & 17.02.2017. Revised proposals as per decision are sent and will be put up for sanction in next meeting.

Projects IN Progress: AFFORDABLE HOUSING, KOTA UIT UIT Kota is implementing affordable housing project under various models of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojna (PMAY) and Chief Minister Jan Awas Yojna(CMJAY) in Kota City. Total 6112 houses for EWS and LIG category are under construction and allotment process. These houses are constructing in Badhana Scheme, Ranpur Scheme, Mohan Lal Sukhadia Scheme, Sahid Chandra Shekher Scheme, Prem Nagar Scheme, Raipura Scheme, Devli Arab Scheme etc.

Projects IN Progress: STORM WATER DRAINAGE MASTER PLAN UIT UIT Kota is preparing comprehensive Storm Water Drainage Plan for the city. They had engaged in emplaned consultant M/s N.S.S. Consultants, Hyderabad. Work order amounting Rs.36.03 lacs has been issued on 19.08.2016. Stake holder meeting was organize in January, 2017 and decided to submit the draft DPR by February, 2017.

Projects IN Progress: LED LIGHTS SOLAR CITY MASTER PLAN Nagar Nigam, Kota Nagar Nigam, Kota and EECL had signed Memorandum of understanding(MOU) on 04.02.2015. EECL has replaced 29826 Street lights against 36272 lights till date. This work will be completed by 31.03.2017. SOLAR CITY MASTER PLAN Nagar Nigam, Kota his preparing Solar City Master Plant. M/s SR Cooperator, Raipur has been appointed as an consultant on 13.04.2016. Work Order amount Rs.9.10 lacs. Consultant has submitted energy base line survey to Nagar Nigam Kota and asked to submit the Draft Master Plan by February, 2017.

Projects IN Progress: Control & Command Centre Department of Information & Technology, Government of Rajasthan has started work on establishment of control and command centre under safe city concept. Following modules are incorporated. 100 dial. Video Surveliance. Forensic Science. Integrated Transport Management System. Integrated Control and Command Centre is proposed under Smart City Proposal. RFP will be prepared after mobilization of PMC.
