9TH GRADE SCIENCE REQUIREMENTS Choice #1:PHYSICAL SCIENCE Choice #2:PHYSICAL SCIENCE/BIOLOGY BLOCK students will have Physical science 1st semester for 2 hours & Biology 2nd semester for 2 hours. (4 semesters total) Students should consult with science teachers and current counselor to make sure it’s an appropriate placement.
Science Graduation Requirements 3 credits/years Integrated Physical Science-1 credit (9th) Integrated Biology Science-1 credit (10th) Chemistry or Physics-1 credit (11th or 12th)
9TH GRADE MATH REQUIREMENTS If a student is successful in their current math class it is common for them to move on to the next math level. Math teachers will make recommendations!

Math Graduation Requirements 4 credits/years Each student must minimally complete coursework through Algebra 2. A math or math related course must be taken in the final year of high school. High School courses taken in Middle school may be used to satisfy the MMC requirement and credits (not GPA) will be counted towards the 22 total credits needed to graduate.
