Fill up on sunshine – try Grand Sud wines ! Our Story Created in 1999, Grand Sud is an innovative and sun-drenched wine. It sells varietal wines from the most picturesque and sun-gorged vineyards in the south of France in a brand new size: the litre. Nourished by the gentle mistral breeze, Grand Sud’s Chardonnay, Merlot Rosé, Merlot and Cabernet have enjoyed instant success. Today, Grand Sud is one of the world’s most appreciated French wines. From Canada to Germany and China and throughout France, Grand Sud wines are praised every year for their quality. Fresh and fruity, their strength is always based on a sound structure. Fill up on sunshine – try Grand Sud wines !

Identifying the best varietals and the nest terroirs is the key Our two winemakers, Philippe Chabert and Vincent Euzet, work extensively in the vineyard to identify the sectors most likely to perfectly ripen the different grape varieties. We work very closely with the local wineries to identify the best grape varieties and the best terroirs. Grand Sud wines are exclusively made from grapes grown and vinified by our partner producers in the following regions: On the shores of the Mediterranean, Pays d’Oc covers 4 départements: Pyrénées-Orientales, Aude, Hérault and Gard. Bathed in sunshine, its vines produce aromatic and uniquely rich wines. In this terroir we select our best Merlot, Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon. Between the Atlantic Ocean and the Pyrenees, Gascony boasts the ideal climate for aromatic grapes. It produces fresh and charming wines that are extremely elegant. In this terroir we select our best white grape varieties: Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay.

Quality is our obsession AGREMENTS BETWEEN THE GRANDS CHAIS DE FRANCE GROUP AND THE PRODUCERS A WIN-WIN AGREMENT Grand Sud considers every wine grower as a partner above all else. Indeed, we were one of the fi rst to sign partnership contracts with wineries in the 1980s. Today, our partners share our values within a sustainable development approach. In line with our vision to produce consistent and top quality French wine we strive to develop tight-knit relations with the 30 or so producers we work with in several regions like Pays d’Oc, Charente or Gascogne. We keep a hand on the quality of our wines and, in return, they receive guidance on adapting their production to the market and safeguard their future. We ensure that the grapes are harvested in optimal conditions, and that the work carried out in the vineyard ensures ripe grapes, complete with the required aromatic intensity. This policy has proved successful for over 20 years with our longest-standing producers. This loyalty shows the profitable synergies of a global brand like Grand Sud can generate. Building strong partnerships with growers guarantees consistent and optimal fruit quality.
