Hotel Guest Rooms 2016 ASC did not meet contract attrition requirements NSBE forced to pay for hotel rooms that were not used No financial loss due to last minute sponsors, but VERY negative 2018 contract took attrition into account 2018 contract only allocates 25 rooms/night at reduced ($119/night) rate Planning team will reserve ~ half of these rooms for speakers First come first serve for remainder
