International Headquarters: Oak Brook, Illinois, USA Lions Clubs International was established in 1917 in Chicago, Illinois, USA. In 1971 it was relocated to where it resides today in Oak Brook, Illinois. Oak Brook is located just 20 miles west of downtown Chicago.
