What was the stone age? THE STONE AGE WAS THE PERIOD OF TIME WHEN PEOPLE MADE AND USED STONE TOOLS AND BEFORE THEY BEGAN WORKING WITH METAL. THE STONE AGE IS PART OF PREHISTORY BECAUSE IT IS BEFORE WE HAVE ANY WRITTEN RECORDS.

FUN STONE AGE FACTS FOR KIDS DESPITE WHAT TOY MANUFACTURERS SEEM TO THINK,THERE WERE NO DINOSAURS IN THE STONE AGE.DINOSAURS DIED 65 MILLION YEARS AGO. NEARLY ALL OF HUMAN HISRORY WAS IN THE STONE AGE A COUPLE OF MILLION YEARS OF IT.

CAVE ART CAVE PAINTING IS ONE OF THE THINGS WE MOST ASSOCAITE WITH STONE AGE.THE CAVE PAINTINGS AT LASCAUX IN FRANCE WERE DISCOVERED BY FOUR SCHOOLBOYS IN 1940.IN THE STONE AGE THEY PAINTED ON THE WALLS TO TALK TO EACH OTHER.IN THE STONE AGE THEY SQUISHED STUFF LIKE BERRIES TO MAKE PAINTS.

Stone age animals. STONE AGE CREATURES INCLUDED HUGE ANIMALS WOOLY MAMMOTHS,SABER TOOTHED CATS INCLUDING SMILODON,LIONS MEGA BEARS(CAVE BEARS) AND HYENAS.THESE ANIMALS HAVE LIVED BEEN ALONG SIDE THE STONE AGE AND ARE STILL ARE ALIVE TODAY!

THINGS ABOUT STONE AGE I LIKE THE STONE AGE BECAUSE THEY ARE GOOD AT KILLING ANIMALS. I LIKE THE STONE AGE BECAUSE THEY DON’T HAVE TO GO TO SCHOOL.
