Identified Gaps Oklahoma State Support Plan Top Four Identified Needs Medical/Mental Health Resources for SM in remote locations Financial Counseling Non-medical Counseling Resiliency Resources for Geographically Separated Service Members & Families Financial Counseling Promote Military OneSource and NG-PFC resources to military members at events and direct support activities. 1st Qtr 2016 MOS Consultant promoted financial resources at seven events with 1,954 participants, and seven group direct support activities with 376 participants. Educate and collaborate with military service providers and leadership, and enlist their support to help educate the military communities they serve Non-medical Counseling Educate military service providers and military leadership via community capacity building activities Educate SM’s and families at every opportunity i.e. events and direct support activities Work with counseling providers to expand the Military OneSource affiliate network of counselors Collaborative meeting with the Regional On Demand Supervisor of Military and Family Life Counseling, and provided information on the process to become a Military OneSource affiliate network provider.
