CASS 39 DAYS RESULTS ABL MEZ-IPF CASS 39 DAYS RESULTS BEST PERFORMANCE COMBINATION The best performance is the combination of: Paint: Vitra Epoxy + Super durable Process: BCI 5 stages ASTM RATE *Every result represent the average of the 4 alloys tested
ABL MEZ-IPF CONCLUSIONS Based on 5000 hours salt spray testing we see a feasible process to deliver 5000 hours BCI 5 stages + Epoxy primer Based on CASS testing the best performer process is BCI 5 stages + Epoxy primer. As a conclusion BCI 5 stages + Epoxy primer process will be the best option due to: Validated results with an external laboratory. Assurance the 5,000 hrs with a rate of 7 astm 1654-8. Is achievable with the current equipment. Process is ready to run. Conversion cost is not significant affected by adding the epoxy process.
