PE Systems Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore Welcomes you for a presentation on COMPUTERIZED AUTOMATIC TRANSFORMER TEST BENCH

TRANSFORMER TEST BENCH Transformer Test Bench Models Semi Automatic Model Computerized Fully Automatic Model Tests Conducted by the Bench (Fully Automatic) Load Loss Measurement No Load Loss Measurement Induced Over Voltage Test Separate Source Voltage Test Temperature Rise Test Other Routine & Type Tests Can Conduct Test automatically if the Test Equipment available has RS232/RS485 Communication Ports Provision for manually entering the Test Results Test Certificate Generates Test Certificate for Individual Transformers Test Results are stored in database for future reference

TRANSFORMER TEST BENCH Electrical Protections Adequate Electrical Protections are provided for various tests Isolation of other Test Circuits when a particular test is being conducted In-house Design & Production Electrical Scheme for Test Bench Intermediate Transformer Interface Scheme Power Panel Design & Fabrication Capacitor panel Design & Fabrication CT Switching Panel Design & Fabrication Desk Bench with Control Circuits PC Software & Embedded Control Boards

Test Details Tests that can be Conducted in Fully Automatic and Manual Mode Load Loss Measurement Test with WTI CT Measurement No Load Loss Measurement Test Induced Over Voltage Test Separate Source Voltage Test Temperature Rise Test Other Tests Insulation Test Winding Resistance Test Turns Ratio Test Vector Group Test Breakdown Voltage of Oil Test Magnetic Balance Test

Creating & Conducting Test on a New Job Before Starting a Test on the Test Bench the User has to create a new Job Rating of the Transformer Design Losses Tap Details Impedance & other Details To Start a Test select a Job from the main screen From the Test Selection Menu select on the Test to be conducted on the Transformer

Creating a New Job

Selecting a Job for Conducting Tests

Test Selection Menu

Load Loss Measurement Test The Test Bench determines the CT & PT to be used based on the Job ratings and Select the same automatically It also selects the TAP of the Intermediate Transformer automatically Based on the ratings of the Job the Test Bench automatically calculates and adds the required Capacitors The Test Bench Conducts the test automatically, records the reading and Stops the Test In case of abnormality in the results the Test is stopped Immediately

Load Loss Measurement Test

No Load Loss Measurement Test The Test Bench determines the CT & PT to be used based on the Job ratings and Select the same automatically It also selects the TAP of the Intermediate Transformer automatically The Test Bench Conducts the test automatically, records the reading at three different percentage of LV/HV Voltage and Stops the Test In case of abnormality in the results the Test is stopped Immediately In case the Test is conducted in manual mode Capture Buttons are provided to capture the Test results from the Power analyzer

No Load Loss Measurement Test

Induced Over Voltage Test The Test Bench determines the Voltage to be applied to the Job based on its ratings The Test Bench automatically starts the Generator and builds up the voltage to the desired level On reaching the desired level the Test is conducted for a time period of 60 Seconds On completion of 60 seconds the test results are recorded automatically and the System is shut down In case of abnormality in the results the Test is stopped Immediately

Induced Over Voltage Test

Separate Source Voltage Test The Test Bench determines the Voltage (KV) to be applied to the Job based on its ratings The Test Bench automatically slowly builds up the voltage to the desired level in the HV Shooter On reaching the desired Voltage the Test is conducted for a time period of 60 Seconds On completion of 60 seconds the test results are recorded automatically and the System is shut down During the entire Test Period the System monitors the Leakage Current and Trips the System in case of a Job Failure In case of abnormality in the results the Test is stopped Immediately
