Target – New Housing City for All 2017/18 The Leader has stated that Westminster is committed to building 1,850 more affordable homes in the next five years. We need to create more intermediate housing for those on middle incomes. “Currently around 25% of the housing stock in Westminster is social but we cannot continue where only 1.5% of new housing stock is built as intermediate.” Q. How will this be supported?

A NEW UTC –Providing 300 places for 17-19 years olds, it is split between 6th Form & college style vocational training. 10,000 SQM OF NEW SPORTS & LEISURE – New sports provision in the North of the Borough
