HE EDUCATION RESPONSIBILITY Contextualise entrepreneurship within economic thinking linked to 2030 Developmental Goals Promote Innovative thinking and Creativity Provide soft skills (writing, etiquette, speaking etc.) Provide business management function skills (Ops, Finance, Marketing etc.)

UNDERGRADUATE The entrepreneurship journey 1ST YEAR Business Management (Principles- MGNT120) 2nd YEAR Introduction to Entrepreneurship 3rd YEAR Technology & Innovation Strategy Strategy formulation and implementation in technology and innovative environments

CURRENT STUDY ON THE JOURNEY OBJECTIVE Relationship between prerequisite performance (MGNT120) and the ability to complete the experiential learning assignment assessment. Significant positive correlation between MGNT120 performance and Entrepreneurship Assignment marks (r= .69, p< 0.01). Prerequisite module creates a strong foundation for Entrepreneurial abilities.

OUR ACTIONS Produce books and workbooks - Incorporating Business Models and Strategies into Social Entrepreneurship (published) Produce research to help HE teaching and learning in improving entrepreneurship education. University wide delivery of entrepreneurship – workshops for Computer Science, Engineering and Chemistry Honours students – 2nd sem (2017). Arts developed a Creative Entrepreneurship module. University wide incubator opportunities for students. African Youth Entrepreneurship-SADEC Platform. Links to Principles of Responsible Management Education (PRME)
