How to Graduate A uniform scrub top must be worn after 4th week no blue jeans or shorts. No flip-flops, no hats or sweaters with logos. Grade of “B” or “A” average including: CPR Bloodborne Pathogen HIPAA Proof of vaccinations including Hepatitis and Proof of TB test Attendance more than 80% in order to keep up grades Follow school and site rules, including honesty and respect of others. Completion of injection log practice (state requirement) Completion of blood pressure log showing BP practice on 20 people.
