Figure 5 Recording of late potentials from multipolar catheter in infero-posterior scar (top panel) during sinus rhythm. The pivotal role of late potentials, with latest potentials during baseline rhythm exhibiting mid-diastolic activity during targeted ventricular tachycardia, is shown in the middle panel. The position of the multipolar catheter straddling the dense scar is shadowed. After radiofrequency delivery, no late potentials could be still recorded (bottom panel).
