Transfers There will be limited space available on the school minibus with Fr Martin for up to 10 students with luggage. It would be really helpful if those who are able to, could make their own way to Gatwick. We do not provide any transfers on our return to the UK.

ACCOMMODATION Host family details to be passed on to you today. Your first meal will be with your host family that evening Make conversation! Try the food!

ETIQUETTE Take a present for the host family. Also consider a parting gift. Address people as Monsieur, Madame or Mademoiselle Take pictures of your family/home/hometown/holiday Take something about school If you have a pastime that can ‘fit in the case’ take it along to create interaction with the host family.

ITINERARY – Tues Arrive in Montpellier Meet LSF Rep and transfer to school Meet families and return to homes to settle in. Have evening meal with families– IN FRENCH!

ITINERARY – Weds 08.45 Meet language school (LSF) 09.00 – 12.30 Language Academy Lessons 14.00 – 16.00 Guided walking tour of Montpellier 16.30 – 18.30 Bowling Evening meal with host families

ITINERARY – Thurs Breakfast with your host family Meeting 08.45 LSF 09.00 – 12.30 Language Academy Lessons Dégustation des produits régionaux 16.00 – 17.30 Treasure Hunt! Evening meal with your host family

ITINERARY – Friday Breakfast with your host family Meeting 08.45 LSF 09.00 – 12.30 Language Academy Lessons 13.30 – 19.00 visit to Nîmes Evening meal with your host family

ITINERARY – Sat Breakfast and pack Spend day with hosts. Make sure you have some money left for lunch and food for the day. (You will only be given breakfast by your host) Return to Gatwick Airport – Due to land at 20.35. There is no return transport to SGC.

CLOTHING It may be warmish but there could be chilly days / evenings so please dress appropriately Not all hosts provide towels. Bring one! Please bring a Day Bag Swimming: Bring towel and swimmers just in case!

SPENDING MONEY Around 100€ to cover lunches, postcards and souvenirs

REMOTE SUPERVISION Pupils are never to go anywhere alone – groups of 3 minimum A meeting point will be given – TIMES ARE NON-NEGOTIABLE All pupils will have the host family details and a contact number for staff NB: Camera / phone. Beware of roaming costs etc.
