Tour basics Getting there We will depart from school by coach on Wednesday 17 May and will arrive in London at 11am. Please drop your child off at 6.30am on Wednesday 17 May. Returning home We will leave Legoland Windsor at 5.00pm on Friday 19 May and arrive home at approximately 7.00pm. Please collect your child at school at 7.00pm. If we are running late we will contact you to let you know.

Tour basics Getting there On the morning of departure, please ensure you park in the main school car park or Scallywags so the coach can park directly outside the school. Please drop your child’s main bag outside the school entrance – this will be loaded on the coach Your child will need to take a day rucksack with them on the coach, this needs to include a packed breakfast and lunch in disposable bags for the first day. A school cap is essential for the children to wear at all times during the trip.

Tour basics Our accommodation We will stay at Royal National Hotel near Russell Square for 2 nights. This accommodation is on bed and breakfast basis. The rooms will be made up of 2/3 beds

Tour basics Meal arrangements Continental breakfast will be served at the hotel Packed lunches will be provided by London lunchbox company Dinner will be eaten out at Fire and Stone on Wednesday night and Hard Rock Café on Thursday night (menu’s already issued for this)

Tour basics Travel tips – money You can give your child spending money to take on the trip. Spending money to be divided into three envelopes, labelled with your child’s name and what date it is intended for. This needs to be handed in on Monday 15th May. Your child needs to take with them an empty named wallet/purse. Each day we will give your child the envelope of money you have provided for them for that day.

Tour basics Travel tips – medication Any medication needs to have a label with your child’s name on it. Ideally the prescription label from the chemists. Directions for use need to be included with the medication This needs to be handed to staff on the morning of departure.

Don’t forget… Spending money (in separate envelopes) to be handed in on Monday 15 May! Drop your child off at school at 6.30am on Wednesday 17 May. Collect your child at school at 7.00pm (unless informed differently by school. If you have any questions or emergencies whilst your child is away, please call 01305 812534. Absolutely no mobile phones or iPads taken on the trip. Disposable cameras are ideal. We’re on our way!
