Sport courses - declaration MK 3001 Basics of Physical Movement I 3 ECTS , fall semester MK 3002 Basics of Physical Movement II 3 ECTS , spring semester First you have to register your course in ÕIS - Code is MK 3001 or MK 3002 - and choose the field of sport you are willing to perform throughout the course to pass the course. When declaring in ÕIS, select the teacher of the field of sport you have chosen.
Field of sports offered during the course Choose your field of sport and make sure to find the right coach: Group Fitness - Head Coach Kaisa Sööt Body&mind, endurance, strength, dance Fitness Gym - Head Coaches Risto Jamnes Sport Games Basketball, Volleyball – Head Coach Kris Killing Badminton, Table tennis – Head Coach Madis Koit Requirements to pass the courses: Attend 24 contact hours/training classes Individual work (instructions according to the field of sport) Test on basic knowledge in Moodle
Organization of the course - timetable 4th-15th of September – introductory week, short timetable (classes at 10 and 12) 4th of Sept – 22nd of Dec duration of the course, optimal participation 2xweek Organized/guided classes/training Mo-Fr at 8.00 - 15.30 according to timetable Classes start at 8.10, 10.10, 12.10, 14.10 In addition – group fitness class at 17.00

Organization of the course – validating the attendance For entrance you need ISIC or Estonain Student Card, which you can get from Student Union U01-217. Without the card you will not be able to enter the sports hall or attend classes There are three steps validation to be done AFTER YOU HAVE DECLARED THE COURSE: FIRST VALIDATION: Entering the sport center, at security gates Take key to lockers – you need 2€ to open it – change, NB! Necessary to have the sport shoes, towel, waterbottle. SECOND VALIDATION: at the entrance of the sport hall of your sport, close vicintiy of the teahcer - have ISIC/student card with you THIRD VALIDATION: leavin the sport center, at the security gates. You have to stay in the building at least 60-minutes Gates open 30-min prior and 20-min after the classes start
SPORT CENTER opportunities for non-declaring students If you have no sport courses to declare, you can attend the sport classes for 50 eur/per semester You can attend the classes accroding to the same timetable + additional group fitness training at 17.00 + fitness gym at 16.00-21.00 individually To get the necessary student card, turn to Lembi Ruhno (sport hall II floor)at Mo-Fr 8.30-15.30. When you come to the Sports Centre Take a 2€ coin with you – needed for the lockers. Make sure you have INDOOR SHOES that you do not wear outside. Get familiar with the timetable. Don’t be late to the class. Keep your ISIC card with you all the time
