There is nothing more important than health. “Health is above wealth” wise people say, because you cannot be good at your studies or work well if you don’t care of your health. How do you care about your health? Do you have good or bad habits? Do you eat healthy food? Our team will try to solve this problem. We have gathered here to find answers to these questions. We will speak about our health, about what we should do to be healthy.

To be healthy in your life, Don’t forget to do all five To be healthy in your life, Don’t forget to do all five! Get up early, quick and bright Exercise with all your might.

Health is better than wealth. A sound mind in a sound body. An apple a day keeps a doctor away. Early to bed and early to rise – Makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise. A merry heart is a good medicine. You are what you eat. Eat to live, not live to eat.

HOW TO BE HEALTHY? 1. Eat fruits and vegetables. 2. Drink water and milk most of the time. 3. Go in for sports. 4. Limit your Screen Time. 5. BE ACTIVE.

Vitamins and minerals are found in food we eat Vitamins and minerals are found in food we eat. Your body needs them to work properly, so you grow and develop just like you should. When it comes to vitamins, each one has a special role to play.

Find food rich in vitamins Vitamin B6 Vitamin B2 Vitamin A Vitamin E 1) fruit, vegetables, eggs. 2) cereal, nuts, milk. 3)corn, olives, oil. 4) meat, fish, bread.
