High School Transcript Your Transcript is a Record of Credits you have earned while in High School The Credit Group will show credits earned toward graduation requirements 0.5 credit is earned each semester per passed class Classes in which you are currently enrolled are NOT included on your transcript because you will not earn credit in these classes until you pass them at the end of second semester

Choosing Courses Every effort is made to provide students with a schedule that includes their first choices. We cannot honor requests for specific teachers or courses in a particular period. Staff is assigned and hired to teach courses that students request. Class sections are created, reasonable class size limits are set, and textbooks and supplies are ordered on the basis of student registration counts. Schedule changes after the master schedule is finalized in the spring can result in imbalances and weaker educational experiences. Accurate information is needed to plan for the courses you want and need. Schedules will not be changed unless it is counselor/teacher requested. REVIEW Infinite Campus PORTAL DIRECTIONS 1. Directions can be found in your Curriculum Guide or on the Registration Video 2. You must choose 28/28 Units and 4 alternate courses PLEASE NOTE: The video instructions state 14/14 Units. This is NOT correct. Make sure you have 28/28 Units. 3. Print your registration Request Sheet – all Department or Teacher signatures MUST be on a printed sheet. If you have two sheets, staple them together when you turn them in to your teacher. Do NOT turn in the worksheet. 4. Sign your Request Sheet and have a parent/guardian signature also. This MUST be turned in by January 24th 5. Get appropriate signatures for any changes 6. Be sure to enter the second semester of a year long course, example: Chemistry 125021 and 125022 7. Please choose 28/28 Units and 4 alternate courses.
