Facilities Management’s nearly 200 employees maintain and clean our buildings and grounds, provide utilities and energy management and manage the design and construction projects. Our goal is to make the on campus experience a special one for those who live, learn, work and visit Central Michigan University WHO WE ARE

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICE CENTER The contact for maintenance, custodial and grounds requests Upon receipt, the request becomes a work order. Email notifications are sent to requestor with work order number. When work is completed, email notification and an on-line survey is sent. WHAT CAN YOU DO? BUILDING COORDINATORS Each campus building has a Building Coordinator assigned.
