Overview : The structure of this programme includes: GIP offers school students an opportunity to gain the right capabilities to become future leaders as global entrepreneurs and scientists through structured training interventions, exposures & challenging experiences The Global Immersion Programme (GIP) & the leadership development domain focused modules provide an excellent platform with opportunity for students to experience & explore the cross - cultural leadership styles & management best practices across countries & organisations The structure of this programme includes: -Interaction with & insights from senior management of top MNCs -Industry visits to understand innovation & best practices in action -Appreciation of cultural diversity & historical lineage of countries in Asia -Managing multi cultural & multi lingual teams 


Programme Objectives: To give students exposure to international academia: Pursue higher education in two of the world’s top universities - Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore and National University Singapore In-depth understanding of international achievements in the areas of robotics and DNA research through interactive workshops at the Singapore Science Center. Give students a close look into the colourful culture of Singapore: through planned interaction sessions and training programmes in the arts including Chinese painting & calligraphy Have a bit of fun !!!
