KAMSA of GA Winter Retreat

Medical Outreach Meetings with GMMA In December 2015, KAMSA of GA members attended the Global Medical Missions Alliance seminar in Atlanta, GA. It was a big inspiration to hear Dr. Peter Chung's (President of GMMA) medical mission work and global outreach through GMMA. KAMSA of GA medical students also attended the start- up meetings of GMMA chapters at Georgia Tech and Emory.

Forum for pre-medical students On January 16, 2016, KAMSA of GA medical students and physicians of KMA of GA hosted a presentation and Q&A about applying to medical school, life in medical school and life as a physician. We had 10 KAMSA of GA medical students and physicians: Dr. Brice Choi (Chairman of the board of KAMA), Dr. Sean Koh (KMA of GA President), Dr. Kelly Ahn (mentorship chair), and Dr. Song Na (Internal Medicine). We had about 50 attendees from high school to college pre-medical students.
