Key facts about Imperial Horizons 1st Years 2nd Years 3rd/4th Years 19 week courses across the autumn and spring term 20 week courses across the autumn and spring term Available for degree credit or extra credit (depts. decide) Protected timetable slot every Tuesday 4-6pm Protected timetable slot every Monday 4-6pm Protected timetable slot every Thursday 4-6pm So how will Horizons work for you next year? All the courses are 20 weeks long, they begin in October and end in March. You can take any course offered for extra credit. All classes will take place in your protected timetable slot from 4-6pm on a Monday afternoon. This means that there should be no clashes with any of your core degree classes.

So you probably know by now that you need to make sure you take your language at the correct level. Level 2 is post GCSE, Level 3 is AS level, Level 4 is A-Level of equivalent and so on. If you’re not sure of your level, there is a dedicated co-ordinator for each level. Their details are on the website and you can contact them by email to arrange a conversation about your level.
