ICT (PLC) Unit 1: Email and E Safety MEG TARGET Developing Competent Mastered   I can log onto my email account I can send an email to a person and more than one person I can reply to an email and delete unnecessary emails I can send emails with attachments consistently I can describe and explain the advantages and disadvantages of using email at school and at home I can use a serach engine to find information I can collate data using appropriate searching methods on Internet Safety I can identify and extract key information from a given brief with sound understanding I can design a suitable layout for a given brief I can list the good and bad points about internet safety I can distinguish what to do and avoid when using the internet to be safe I can describe to others with examples what they can do to be safe when using the internet I can create a presentation with key information I can use tranistions and animation consistently throughout my presentation I can justify my choices and relate them to an appropriate target audience I can evaluate my findings on internet safety

ICT (PLC) Unit 2: Scratch MEG TARGET Developing Competent Mastered   I can read a problem and write simple Instructions to outline what I have to do I can write steps to control an event I can comment on what is good and bad about a game I can explain the differences and similarities between two games I can use coordinates to plot a reference and explain what they are I can describe what I've done when creating an animation I can insert and animate my characters I can insert a background I can insert effects I can insert scores to my animation I can create a success criteria for my program I can develop qyestions to assess my game I can create an animation that follows a suitable theme without any assistance. I can use my success criteria and review questions to evaluate my game

ICT (PLC) Unit 3: Python Pyton Programming NAME MEG TARGET Developing Competent Mastered Pyton Programming   I can read a problem and break it down into simple instructions I can describe what a flowchart is I can descride what pseudocode is I can create a flowchart for a problem I can refine (edit and make better) a flowchart I can pick out Success Criteria from a problem I can use the Shell and Module to write a program I can use the print fuction to display a message in the shell I can create variables to store data I can carry out calculations in my programs I can use If statements I can use Elif statements I can correct my code to make sure there are no syntax errors I can evaluate my program by comparing it to the success criteria

ICT (PLC) Unit 5: Spreadsheet Unit: Spreadsheet Modelling NAME MEG TARGET Developing Competent Mastered Unit: Spreadsheet Modelling   I can read a problem and break it down into simple instructions I can enter numbers and text onto a spreadsheet I can identify appropriate formulas to solve the problems identified I can identify appropiate functions to solve the problems identified I can add new variables to a spreadsheet model I can test my spreadsheet against a given criteria to measure its success I can make predictions and change values on a spreadsheet model to find a suitable solution I can present my findings in different formats (graphs, charts) I can evaluate my model with questions and suggest improvements
