Pre-Assessment Unit Poster Presentation Submission Form Title of poster Abstract title should appear in bold, capital letters should be concise. Authors List of authors, including credentials, place of work and setting of initiative. Background Please provide background to the study or initiative. Body of poster The abstract text should include introduction, aims and objectives, methodology sampling and analysis, summary of key findings and conclusion. If the presentation was pertinent to a practice initiative, the body of the abstract should include relevant background, rationale, planning implementation and subsequent evaluation of the project. Size of poster Poster should be AO size 90cm x 110cm or smaller. Name, address, telephone and email contact or contact person for correspondence. The deadline for submission is April 30th 2017 Guidelines for Poster Display Registration for poster presentations on the morning of May 12th 2017 at 8am. Display areas will be available on the night of 11th May from 7pm to 9pm. Display boards will be supplied on the day. All posters must be removed by 5.30 pm on the evening of the conference. There will be prizes on the day for the best posters. Submit abstracts to pauconference@hse.ie (There should be at least one delegate per poster)
