Full HRS Outage February 22 (12noon) through Sunday, February 26, 2017 New version Live Monday, February 27, 2017 The upgrade of HRS from PeopleSoft version 9.0 to version 9.2 will take place over the weekend of February 23rd-27th. An HRS outage is required to make the version upgrade. The target date to make HRS available again is Monday, February 27th (time TBD). End-user access to HRS will be turned off at 12:00 p.m. on Wednesday, February 22nd. This will include the HRS services for employees accessed through the My UWSystem portal, such as: online Time Reporting Absence Reporting Benefits Self Service (‘e-Benefits’) updates to Personal Information access to electronic Earnings Statements, Tax Statements, Leave Statements other online HR, Payroll and Benefits reports No NetIDs will be able to be created during this time

Early Approvals Due to HRS Outage Approvals are due by today (Monday, 02/20/2017) at 4:30pm Due to HRS Outage

University Staff Legal Holiday Changes For University Staff Only Nonexempt and Exempt Legal Holiday will be moving to Absence Management with HRS 9.2 upgrade.  In new environment, the Timesheet will no longer be used to manage legal holidays. You will not be able to enter or delete holidays from the timesheet Legal holidays, including floating legal holidays, will be managed as a legal holiday absence take in Absence Management.  Managing how to enter time when working on a legal holiday day will change Instructional Guides will be updated and shared as quickly as possible

HRS Change Assistance Self-Service and Approval guides will be updated Student Employment Employing Unit Coordinator manuals will be updated as quickly as possible.
