Travel Team Mike Lupica By Ethan Larson

Characters In the book Mike Lipica Travel team there are a couple of main characters here are some below Danny Walker Well of course the main character in the book the person who always thought that height meant every thing just because he was small. Tess One of Danny’s best friends and the person who he always chats with she is also a photographer. Ty One of Danny's other best friend also a really good basketball player just like Danny. Richie Walker Danny’s father who was also a really good travel basket ball player when he was young.

Conflict There are a lot of Conflict’s in this story, here are some examples. One of the main reason’s is that Danny does not make his schools travel team because he is to small. Another conflict in the book is that Richie Walker ( Danny's dad) get’s drunk driving and he gets in a car wreck and he can’t coach Danny's team. And the last conflict is that Danny's travel team loses all their beginning games.

Summary I thought this book Travel Team by the author Mike Lupica was a great book and here is why. At the beginning of the book Danny was very excited to make his first travel team with his best friend Ty until they both couldn't make the team because of their height. Well that wasn’t going to stop Danny from playing. Danny made his own travel team, but they started off rough 0-9 normal season. However, in the playoffs it’s a thrilling turnover and they go to the championship with a win.

Why you should read this book? I thought it was a great thrilling ride in this book. You should read this book if you were an athlete or read any other book by Mike Lupika. I thought this book was great for many reasons. One, that the author is a great writer and you should definitely read a book from him. Two, is that this book is also a very creative and again thrilling in what happens at the end. And that is what I thought about Travel Team by Mike Lupica.
