WHAT IS STRESS? STRESS IS A PERSON’S PHYSICAL AND EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO CHANGE

TYPE OF STRESS: CUMULATIVE STRESS GENERAL STRESS Severe stress produces severe psychological trauma. Produces lasting change. Critical Incident stress. Abnormal reaction to normal situation. Builds up in your body. Become more difficult to alleviate your symptoms. More serious psychological problems. Everyone has this stress. No intervention required. Resolve in a day or two days.
