Assistive Technology : an overview Introduction An increasing number of students with disabilities are attending universities. To meet the educational demands of these students and improve their learning, the use of assistive technology became essential. Requirements Analysis It is clear that not all technologies are suitable for all students. A technology that may be useful for one student may be useless for another.
