Texas Local Emergency Planning Committee (LEPC) Grant Program The TCEQ’s Texas LEPC Grant Program is open to all eligible LEPC’s. Allows LEPCs to establish, maintain, and/or improve their implementation of the Emergency Planning and Community Right-to-Know Act (EPCRA).
