This chart shows some significant changes in the program. As you can see, more than halfway through this calendar year we have used less than a third of the rewards points used in 2016. This is not by choice but because of the lack of points available to us. POINTS TICKETS = 100% refundable CASH TICKETS= NON refundable The demand for the program continues to grow and so does the amount of cash spent. We are working hard at trying to find ways to encourage corporate giving and increase the strength of the corporate partnerships we already have. * As of 7/31/2017

Our Partners The program is based on partnerships with these hotel chains. Marriott, La Quinta, Wyndham, Best Western, and AmericInn allow their loyal customers to donate rewards points to our program. Hilton donates a lump sum of points at a corporate level and Choice Hotels donates cash. The program has grown rapidly since it’s inception 5 years ago in 2012. We have now provided over 10,000 nights of lodging to families.

Note the differences between the VA facilities and active duty houses. In March of 2017, the VA system asked those houses who had a GPF (General Post Fund) of more than $1 million to take on the lodging of guests in hotels. Some of your friends groups are able to assist the houses that need extra lodging. Thank you for that.
