Financial Capability Ensuring a reasonable expectation of solvency and the financial capability to Complete the type and size of projects for which it seeks accreditation, Stand behind its project savings guarantees, and Pay suppliers on time Customer References Customer references for 5 projects as well as site visit for one project to verify information provided by applicant, attestation made by applicant, and general customer satisfaction of applicant’s service Legal Standing A Legal Advisor assess the legal standing of the ESP through a review of the company’s legal documentation for validity, currency and compliance to Jordanian laws and regulations
