LUPC CONSULTANCY SERVICE Flexible chargeable support service (c.£500 per day) Option 1 – Contract support service (c.1-4 days ) - Assistance in putting the contract together and selecting options and z clauses Option 2 – Full further competition service (c. 10-24 days) - Running the further competition and compiling documentation (Member input still required) Option 3 – Bespoke service (c. 1-24 days) offering as much or as little support as Members require * price depends on complexity of Member requirements and is quoted on case by case basis

GENERAL GUIDANCE - LUPC EMMW FRAMEWORK Procurement Pipeline - Provide info ref. potential further competition dates to LUPC Allow sufficient time for tenderers to put together a proposal - give suppliers a “heads up” where possible - minimum of 4 weeks tender response - see Model Procurement Programme in your delegate pack for a Summer Works Project Ensure that the LUPC framework is referenced in further competitions documents in order to get maximum framework benefits Please advise LUPC once a contract has been awarded under, or if you plan to use, the framework
