Canal Winchester Human Services $50,000 To support construction of a permanent facility to house all agency programs.
Catholic Social Services $175,000 To support expansion and renovation of Our Lady of Guadalupe Center.
$231,895 Columbus Area Integrated Health Services To improve the client-facing environment, safety, and quality of services at the agency’s primary location.
Columbus Early Learning Center $69,274 To support facility upgrades and renovations to expand the number of children enrolled in early childhood education programs.
Columbus State Community College Development Foundation $200,000 To support construction of the School of Hospitality Management & Culinary Arts.
Concord Counseling Services $200,000 To support the renovation and expansion of the treatment center for behavioral health clients.
Furniture Bank $100,000 To support the social enterprise Downsize with a Heart.
I Know I Can $50,000 To develop co-located space, in partnership with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Columbus.
KIPP Columbus $750,000 To support development plans and construction costs for Phase 2 of the capital campaign for the pre-K – 12 Columbus campus.
Mental Health America $9,198 To upgrade the information management system.
Lower Lights Christian Health Center $50,000 To support renovations and construction of a nonprofit grocery store in Franklinton.
Southeast, Inc. $50,000 To support facility improvements at Friends of the Homeless Men’s Shelter.
Stonewall Columbus $50,000 To renovate the Center as part of the program and services expansion.
The Homeless Families Foundation $35,000 To replace the roof at the Dowd Education Center and administrative office building.
The Ohio State University $50,000 To support renovations at Star House to expand capacity to better serve homeless youth.
Victory Ministries $45,763 To purchase a box truck to pick up and deliver food to Choice Food Pantry.
St. Vincent Family Center $158,200 To renovate living quarters as part of the Residential Services program.

Meeting A Need Sustainability Leadership Realistic Does the project fill a gap in the marketplace? Is there justification for expansion supported by data. Sustainability Will it require additional operational expenses? Are they budgeted? Is ongoing maintenance planned for? Leadership Staff and board have a proven track record? Does the project appropriately plan for future needs? Realistic Is the budget appropriate for the project? Are there a diverse group of funders?

Proposal Review Site Visit Track Record Follow Up Well written. Documentation of need. Data are current. Best practices cited if appropriate. Site Visit Participants are engaged. Demand for space is clear Staff (and/or board) are knowledgeable. Track Record Prior programs/projects successfully completed. If success has not been achieved, clear direction on change, or lessons learned, are articulated. Follow Up Staff are responsive to need for additional info. Significant project updates are shared in a timely way.
